58-year-old woman, screening mammogram.

The juxta-areolar region is a delicate region to explore because of the nipple which can be superimposed.

MammoScreen™ pointed out a retro-areolar opacity of the left breast. The localized image confirmed an architectural distortion.

Ultrasound revealed a heterogeneous hypoechoic lesion.
The biopsy confirmed an infiltrating ductal carcinoma SBR I, ER/PR+, HER 2-
