Patient is a 60-year-old female, examined for a tumor superoexternal left breast.
MammoScreen® points to a suspicious mass (score of 5) of the left breast.
The ultrasound shows a hypoechoic mass presenting a central vascularisation.
Microbiopsy is in favor of a low-grade phyllode tumor; excision surgery confirms a malignant phyllode tumor.
