65-year-old female , screening mammogram.

Mammoscreen® points to a lesion in the left upper outer quadrant.

With using MammoScreen retrospectively in this case, the lesion of the left breast QSE had already been observed 2 years earlier but was classified as low suspicious.

An ultrasound confirms a hypoechoic formation within 1h00 to 4 cm of the nipple.

The biopsy confirmed a lobular carcinoma.

Complementary MRI is also performed.
