53-year-old woman, first screening mammogram. MammoScreen® points to an architectural disorganization of right and left breast in 2019.

Ultrasound doesn’t show any suspicious lesions.

An MRI is performed and is interpreted as normal.

A screening mammogram is performed in 2022.

Mammoscreen® again points to a suspicious lesion in the right and left breast.

Biopsy confirms bilateral RH+ infiltrating carcinoma.
