65-year-old patient comes for screening mammography.

MammoScreen™ points to a lesion in the superolateral quadrant of the left breast.

Ultrasound and biopsy confirm invasive carcinoma SBR II, RH+, HER2-
In retrospective, the MammoScreen’s analysis of the 2018 mammogram points to the same lesion on the left oblique image. Moreover, this exam has been interpreted as normal by two readers (in France all cases considered negative are read by a second reader)
